How to cancel or change a booking
Send us a message at reservations@jacozipline.com with your name, the tour and the date.
Refunds
Refunds go back the way you paid.
If we cancel
If we cancel a tour for weather or safety, we offer you another date or a full refund.
Do the tours run in the rain?
Yes, in light rain. If the rain is too heavy, we try to reschedule with the group on site.
