Frequently asked questions
Where does the tour depart from?
It departs from Calle Herradura, Jacó.
How long is the tour?
Varies.
How much does it cost?
$85 per adult.
Is it kid friendly?
Yes. Kids from 4 to 8 ride in a buggy, and from 9 on they can ride as passengers on a double ATV. All kids must be with an adult. Drivers must be 18.
Do you see animals on the tours?
We can’t guarantee it, but there is a good chance you see scarlet macaws, white-faced monkeys, toucans and more. The farm is an 80-acre protected forest.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Booking in advance is necessary to guarantee your spot. Book on this site, or send us a message.
How do I pay?
Book online and pay on site. For the ATV tours we ask for a VISA or Mastercard credit card for the vehicle deposit.
Are taxes included in the price?
No. The 13% VAT is not included. You can ask for changes to your booking up to 12 hours before the tour.
What should I wear and bring?
Closed-toe shoes and light clothes. Clothes and shoes get really dirty on this tour, and if the path is wet it gets very muddy. Wear your swimsuit under your clothes: there is no changing room at the waterfalls.

Yes, in light rain. If the rain is too heavy, we try to reschedule with the group on site.
Can you pick me up?
Yes, add transport when you book: from downtown Jacó for $5 per person extra, or from the surrounding area from $10 per person.
What about the zip line combos?
The zip line has 12 platforms and 10 cables, 3.5 km in all, including the longest cable in the area (2,400 ft). Experienced guides give you all the instructions, so it suits beginners too.
For safety, zip line riders weigh at least 30 kg (60 lb) and at most 130 kg (280 lb). Children 10 and under go with a parent or guardian, and everyone under 18 needs a parent’s or guardian’s consent.
Do you help large groups?
